Madison Square Garden

Madison Square Garden must be one of the more famous of the sports venues in Manhattan, New York City. The place is sometimes called just The Garden as a nickname. The present location of Madison Square Garden is at 7^th Avenue but there were two other locations were the sports venue used to be located. The Cablevision company presently owns Madison Square Garden (through its subsidiary Madison Square Garden L.P. )

Plans for a new location

In the normal progression of the life of sports venues in Manhattan, New York City, there are now plans for a new location of the Madison Square Garden. Madison Square Garden is expected to be relocated to 33^rd Street and Ninth Avenue at the James Farley Post Office/Farley Annex west end part. The current location of Madison Square GardenPennsylvani station is supposed to be torn down.
