International Fringe Festival NYC

The New York International Fringe Festival (FringeNYC) is the largest multi- arts festival in North America, with more than 200 companies, 4500 artists and an audience of 70000 from all over the world performing for 16 days in more than 20 venues!
The 10th annual FringeNYC 2006 includes also:
FringeU, which offers classes, workshops, and seminars for free. These programs are for audiences and performance professionals. FringeJR which is specially recommended for families and groups with children ages five to twelve! FringeHIGH for teens with shows specially recommended for high school aged youth because they deal in what's on your mind, what turns you on, and what makes you move. FringeART is the visual expression of the spirit of each year's FringeNYC community. Fringe AL FRESCO where visitors can revel in the magical spirit of FringeNYC.
And last but not least the FringeCLUB where FringeNYC participants and audience can socialize.
The dates for FringeNYC 2006 are Friday, August 11th through Sunday, August 27th, 2006. Performances are from 2pm to Midnight on weekdays, and Noon to Midnight on weekends. For further information visit the fringe- website.
